Important Information
• The dolphin swimming program is conducted under the supervision of professional trainers.
• Participants must be able to swim. Pool depth is approximately 6 meters.
• The dolphin swimming experience lasts approximately 6 minutes.
• Children aged 0–5 cannot participate in the swimming program.
• Children must be at least 120 cm tall to participate.
• Children aged 6–7 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Pregnant guests are not allowed to participate in dolphin swimming.
• The activity is not suitable for guests with epilepsy, autism, mental disorders or similar conditions.
• Guests with limited mobility may not be able to participate due to safety regulations.
• Each group swims with one dolphin and groups consist of a maximum of 8 participants.
• Mobile phones, cameras and video recording devices are not allowed during the swimming session.
• Jewelry, watches and sunscreen are not permitted in the pool.
• Guests are advised to bring swimwear and towels.
• No refunds can be provided if a participant decides not to swim after the program has started.
• Family members and friends who are not swimming can watch the program from the viewing areas.
• Professional photographers take photos during the activity. Photo and video services are available at an additional cost.
• Early booking is recommended due to limited swimming capacity.
